WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden on Monday dine with Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India who traveled here from New York, where he attended the United Nations General Assembly and filled Madison Square Garden at an event on Sunday. Earlier on Monday, Obama meets with HUD Secretary Julian Castro and headlines a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee.
