Democrat Bobby Rush is the Sun-Times’ endorsed candidate in the 1st Congressional District race.

The Chicago Sun-Times Editorial Board sent the nominees for the 1st Congressional District in Illinois a list of questions to find out their views on a range of important issues facing their district and the country. Democrat Bobby Rush did not respond to requests to complete a questionnaire.
