A man was shot in both legs Thursday night in the Princeton Park neighborhood on the South Side.

About 8:30 p.m., officers responding to a shooting in the 9400 block of South Wentworth found the 23-year-old on a sidewalk, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken in serious condition to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said. The circumstances of the attack were unknown.
