Man shot in Brainerd

A man was shot Friday morning in the Brainerd neighborhood on the South Side.

The 19-year-old was shot in the right forearm and thigh at 9:47 a.m. in the 9000 block of South May, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
