A man was shot in the leg early Sunday in the Homan Square neighborhood on the West Side.

The 28-year-old heard gunshots and realized he’d been hit about 4 a.m. in the 3700 block of West Roosevelt, according to Chicago Police.

He later showed up at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, where he was listed in good condition.

Police said the shooting likely was gang-related.
