The artist known as “Bae Cutler” — who has gained notoriety for street art around Chicago — is at it again.

The artist illustrated this portrait of Derrick Rose as “The Phantom.”

Bae Cutler posted the image to Reddit and said it’s located on Armitage Ave., west of California St.

Rose, who has been wearing a mask while he recovers from a fractured left orbital, is averaging 11.8 points through four games this season.
