The biggest news in the baseball world last week was likely the release of each team’s spring training uniforms. The White Sox hat and jersey was almost unanimously one of the biggest hits in the league.

The jerseys were so impressive that they grabbed the attention of another nearby baseball team. With the blessings of the White Sox, the Northern Illinois baseball team debuted their new black uniforms and fans may recognize something very familiar.

Unfortunately for fans of the new look, the NIU jerseys and hats will not be going on sale. But that doesn’t take away anything from just how cool the hats and jerseys really are.

While the schedule is available on the team’s website, there is no indication as to which games the Huskies will bust out this uniform.
