What’s Derrick Rose been up to this summer?

Enough already about Doug McDermott and Bobby Portis. Let’s hear about Derrick Rose’s summer.

Last summer we were able to monitor his every move with USA Basketball. The two previous summers were all about “The Return.” This summer, the usually private Rose has been conspicuously quiet.

So, what exactly has he been up to?

Seems the Bulls point guard can’t stay away from the hardwood, as he takes in the BallUp summer tourney in Hollywood this week.

Hanging with friends in L.A. … on the court, of course.

And, it sounds as though the self-proclaimed Skittles addict is adhering to a strict diet.

Soon it’ll be back to school to write a “How I Spent My Summer Vacation” essay.
