The White Sox outrighted left-hander Manny Bañuelos, outfielder Ryan Cordell, utility infielder Ryan Goins and first baseman Matt Skole to Class AAA Charlotte Monday, decreasing their 40-man roster to 35.
All four players will become minor-league free agents after the World Series.
Cordell, 27, batted .221/.290/.355 with seven home runs in 93 games. Banuelos, 28, went 3-4 with a 6.93 ERA over 50 2⁄3 innings including eight starts. Goins, 31, batted .250/.333/.347 with two homers in 97 games. Skole, 29, hit .208/.275./236 with no homers in 27 games.
