Bill Clinton, unplugged? Not a chance while his wife has a presidential campaign in mind, he says.
“The great thing about not being president anymore is you can just say whatever you want,” Clinton said Wednesday before pausing. “Unless your wife might run for something and then you can say whatever you want as long as you don’t make any headlines.”

The quote drew laughs from mayors such as Sacramento’s Kevin Johnson and Attorney General Eric Holder, who was on hand at the U.S. Conference of Mayors meeting with Clinton about community policing.
The usually loquacious Clinton has been careful not to give away too many details about what Hillary Rodham Clinton may be thinking as it relates to a 2016 presidential campaign. But if there’s another campaign for the Clintons, it’s a safe bet the ex-president won’t stay tight-lipped for long.
