(HANOVER PARK) A Hanover Park woman died after she lost control of her vehicle and crashed Sunday in the northwest suburb.

Kelly M. Brzezinski, 22, was heading northbound on County Farm Road near Ontarioville Road when she lost control of her car at an S-curve and struck another vehicle, according to Hanover Park Deputy Police Chief Andy Johnson and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Brzezinski, of the 6800 block of Hickory Street in Hanover Park, was taken to St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, where she was pronounced dead at 3:42 p.m. Sunday, the medical examiner’s office said.

An autopsy Monday found she died of multiple injuries and ruled her death an accident, the medical examiner’s office said.

The other driver suffered minor injuries, Johnson said.

No charges are expected in connection with the crash, Johnson said.
