Man stabbed during domestic fight in Englewood

A man was stabbed during a fight with his girlfriend’s son early Monday in Englewood.

The 33-year-old man was in a fight with his girlfriend’s son in the 6500 block of South Lowe about 2:20 a.m. when he suffered puncture wounds to his face and chest, police said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said.

The suspect, a 26-year-old man, is in custody and charges are pending Monday morning.
