Kim Kardashian ‘butts’ in on magazine cover

Considering Kim Kardashian found fame (infamy?) making a sex tape, I guess we shouldn’t be surprised the media-obsessed reality TV star and marketing maven has posed for the cover of the new Paper magazine’s winter issue, with her dress yanked down to expose the asset her husband, Kanye West, has made clear is the thing he loves most about his wife.

There’s a second cover as well — with Kardashian fully dressed in the same sparkly designer black gown, but with a glass of champagne balanced on her famous butt.

To promote it all, the Kimster tweeted to her millions of followers Tuesday night: And they say I didn’t have a talent…try balancing a champagne glass on your ass LOL #BreakTheInternet #PaperMagazine.

The whole idea for this is a hope expressed in a statement from the magazine: “For our winter issue, we gave ourselves one assignment: Break The Internet. There is no other person that we can think of who is up to the task than one Kim Kardashian West. A pop culture fascination able to generate headlines just by leaving her house, Kim is what makes the web tick. We tapped legendary French photographer Jean-Paul Goude to re-create his iconic ‘Champagne Incident’ shot and all we can say about the images inside, which we’ll be releasing on Thursday, is … holy f—ing s—.

Last year, Kardashian posed naked for British GQ, which named her “Woman of the Year.”
