In the chaos following his team’s victory in the sectional final, Loyola girls volleyball coach Mark Chang couldn’t find the clipboard. However, he knew the essence of the message written on it. He stresses it to his team before every match.

The top-seeded Ramblers won the race in both games, sending them to a 25-17, 25-13 win over second-seeded Schaumburg in the Class 4A Maine East Sectional final Thursday. It was Loyola’s first sectional championship in program history.
