Zach Rezin, of Joliet Catholic, is the Herald-News’ Player of the Week.

Rezin, a junior linebacker, stopped Lincoln-Way West quarterback Justin Keuch from scoring on a 2-point conversion try in overtime, preserving the Hilltoppers’ 21-20 Class 5A quarterfinal victory. Rezin also had a hand in seven tackles against the Warriors.
