SEEN ON THE SCENE: The Blackhawks CEO John McDonough was spotted lunching at Harry Caray’s in River North, where actor George William Bailey (“The Closer,” “Major Crimes”) was seen with friends and had fun posing with the Harry bust after dining on eggplant parmigiana. … Meanwhile, over at Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse in Rosemont, WBBM-Channel 2 anchor Roseanne Tellez was spied dining with pals. … Baseball fans spotted the New York Mets’ Curtis Granderson at Underground. … Recent separate sightings at Tavern on Rush have included Cubs manager Joe Maddon — two days in a row — plus Jerry Springer (here to do Steve Harvey’s show), Scottie Pippen, the Hawks’ Bryan Bickell and Kim Coates from “Sons of Anarchy.” … Cubs pitcher Jon Lester enjoyed a late dinner at RPM Steak, joining a party of 10. … “Chicago PD” star Marina Squerciata was spotted opening day at Nonna’s Sandwiches & Sundries in the West Loop, happily taking photos with the oversized jars of house-made marinara, before exiting with her chicken parmesan sandwich. … There was a bit of a media “frenzy” at Tortoise Club the other day as TV legend Bill Kurtis, along with WBBM-Channel 2’s Brad Edwards and the city’s director of communications in business affairs Mika Stambaugh were all spotted dining, as were (separately) WLS-Channel 7 sports anchors Mark Giangreco  and Dionne Miller.
