David Sachs catches fire to help Highland Park beat Niles North

SKOKIE — After halftime, David Sachs trotted onto the court at Niles North for the start of the third quarter. The senior point guard and Highland Park’s unquestioned leader had zero points.

“For the better part of the game, we did a solid job on Sachs,” Niles North coach Glenn Olson said after Friday night’s CSL North matchup. “But at the end of the game, Highland Park was smart. They put the ball in their stud’s hands, and let him go to work.”
