A 17-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl were injured in a drive-by shooting Tuesday morning in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The teens were standing with a group near an alley in the 11700 block of South Perry a few minutes after 9 a.m. when someone fired shots from a dark van driving by, according to Chicago Police.

The boy was shot in the buttocks and the girl was shot in the right leg, police said. They were both taken in good condition to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.

Police said the shooting is believed to be gang-related.
