Two men were shot early Saturday in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The men, ages 18 and 21, were walking on the sidewalk near West Roosevelt Road and South Kostner Avenue at 1:34 a.m. when two people walked up behind and opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The 21-year-old was shot in the back and leg, while the younger man suffered a gunshot wound to the foot, police said. They were both taken in good condition to Mount Sinai Hospital.
