Man shot in leg in East Garfield Park

A 19-year-old man was shot Thursday morning in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The shooting happened in the 300 block of South Kedzie at 11:25 a.m., police said.

The victim was shot in the leg and was taken in good condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
