Man shot in South Shore

A man was shot early Sunday in the South Shore neighborhood.

At 3:33 a.m., the 32-year-old was standing outside in the 1700 block of East 69th Street when he realized he’d been shot in the abdomen, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
