A man was shot in the foot Monday night in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 24-year-old was walking in the 3800 block of West Gladys about 8 p.m. when someone in a light-colored vehicle opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.
