A man was shot during a robbery Thursday night in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

About 10:45 p.m., the 60-year-old man was on the sidewalk when three males, one armed, walked up to him in the 200 block of North Parkside Avenue, according to Chicago Police. He was taken to West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park where his condition was stabilized, police said.
