A man was shot late Thursday in the Far South Side Morgan Park neighborhood.

The 22-year-old was in front of a residence about 11:40 p.m. in the 1100 block of West 112th Place when he heard shots and realized he’d been hit in the left leg, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
