A woman was shot early Sunday in the Logan Square neighborhood on the North Side.

The 21-year-old was walking on a sidewalk at 1:24 a.m. in the 2400 block of North Ridgeway when someone in a dark-colored SUV fired shots that struck her in the right leg, according to Chicago Police. 

She was taken to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in good condition, police said.

Area North detectives were investigating the shooting.
