As attorney general, defending access to reproductive care and patient privacy are among my top concerns. Attempts to invade patient privacy likely won’t stop with abortion.
Increasing retail theft threatens the safety of employees and customers and has a ripple effect, funding other criminal activity through the sales of stolen goods.
Our state protects reproductive freedom, but we would benefit if all women were able to access the care they need in their own communities.
The precautions we’ve taken over the past few months have saved lives and prepared us to care for those suffering symptoms far more severe than mine.
On any given day, the state of Illinois has about 500 young people locked in six prisons where judges have sent them as a last resort, with the hope
