There are plenty of things to critique about Jay Cutler’s game, but no one can accuse the Bears quarterback of not being tough. That was on display again Sunday when the team needed it the most.

With the Bears and Vikings tied at 13 with roughly five minutes to go, the Bears had the ball in the red zone. On second down, Cutler rolled out of the pocket when the field opened up for a run. Cutler made it to the goal line untouched, but found Vikings safety Harrison Smith looking to prevent the score.

Cutler lowered his shoulder and plowed just far enough to score the touchdown.

The play was reviewed and the call was confirmed. Cutler had already thrown for a touchdown to Alshon Jeffery earlier in the game.
