California’s Obamacare subsidiary, Covered California, has sent out voter registration cards that already have the Democrat box checked.

The information began showing up in mailboxes last week to nearly 4 million people after Covered California was threatened with a lawsuit by voting rights groups.

A spokeswoman from Covered California says the forms come directly from the Secretary of State’s office and insists they don’t have any field pre-marked.
