Poll: 25 percent support college athletes forming unions

A new national survey from Rasmussen Reports shows that only a small percentage of American adults are in favor of allowing college athletes to form a union.

After the National Labor Relations Board ruled in favor of allowing Northwestern football players to form a labor union last week, only 25 percent of the 1,000 American adults surveyed support such a move.

Fifty-three percent are opposed, while 22 percent say they’re undecided on the issue.
