SHARE Congress' approval rating drops to 13 percent

Congress’ approval rating is inching back toward the ridiculous and all-time low of 9 percent it had in last November, according to a new Gallup poll.

The poll, taken April 3-6, has the approval rating at 13 percent, while 83 percent of those polled say they disapprove of the job Congress is doing. Three percent have no opinion.
