Poll: 6 percent rate Congress’ performance as good or excellent

Congress has sunk to a new low, at least when it comes to its performance ratings, based on a new Rasmussen Reports national survey.

Out of the 1,000 likely voters polled, only 6 percent say Congress is doing a good or excellent job. That’s the lowest ranking it’s had since last June.

While 63 percent give Congress a poor rating on job performance, that’s still down 12 points from last November.
