Japanese politician totally flips out, goes on epic rant

Illinois politicians aren’t the only corrupt ones. But they’ve never publicly defended themselves like Ryutaro Nonomura from Japan.

He’s suspected of misusing 3 million yen and defended himself in a tear-filled, hysterical and comical rant.

While sobbing, drawing deep breaths and wailing, Nonomura peppered the media with “you don’t understand!”

He also had a bizarre outburst, yelling “Aging population isn’t only a problem in our prefecture!”

Don’t forget about the fist-banging and sipping for water as he regains his composure.
