A variety of electronic equipment was stolen from an Englewood elementary school in a burglary early Monday on the South Side, officials said.

The burglary happened just after midnight at Nicholson STEM Academy, 6006 S. Peoria, police said. Several males were seen entering the building and leaving with electronics, police said.

The type of equipment stolen – and its value – were not immediately known.
