The Urbanathalon is back, and it’s bringing the man of extremes with it.

Shaun T, creator of Insanity, Hip Hop Abs and Focus T25, will be here for the ninth annual Men’s Health Urbanathalon, which takes place on Saturday. (Sorry, no word on whether he’ll be showing off those abs of his, folks.)

As its name implies, this race/obstacle course embraces the flavor of city life. You’re crawling under cars, leaping over taxicabs and getting yourself over buses. You’ll be doing stair climbs through Soldier Field, and that means up and down, up and down the stairways of the massive football stadium.

It’s a whole lot of extreme fun as anyone who’s ever done the Urbanathalon will tell you. Stick around for the festival afterwards; you’ve earned it!

There are a couple different ways you can participate with different costs for each. Details are here.
