Acutally for a mug shot, Nicholas Brendon’s one taken by the Boise, Idaho Sheriff’s Department isn’t too bad. Compare that to the infamous one of Nick Nolte’s from a few years ago!

Anyway, the former “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” star was in the Idaho capital for a Comic Con event when the police were summoned to his hotel around 10 p.m. Friday night. According to TMZ, witnesses reported a disturbance in the lobby, involving hotel staff members and Brendon — who appeared to be intoxicated. Officers repeatedly told the actor to stay seated while they spoke to witnesses, but he refused to do so.

When he attempted to walk away, the police arrested him and took him into custody for resisting and obstructing arrest.

The police also report that Brendon had broken a valuable decorative dish and the hotel wants to press charges regarding those damages. That led to the actor being further charged with “malicious injury to property.” He was released a few hours after his arrest, after he posted a nominal bond.

Brendon’s representative has since stated the actor would like to apologize to the Boise Police Department and the hotel staff for the disturbance.
