Kesha fight with Dr. Luke gets uglier — as old testimony contradicts singer’s current claims

The suit and countersuits filed by Kesha and her longtime producer Dr. Luke has taken a strange new twist, as Luke’s camp is hyping sworn testimony by the singer from 2011 — when she denied ever having sexual relations with Dr. Luke.

Of course, the entertainer has made big headlines recently, after filing a lawsuit claiming she had been victimized by Dr. Luke with aggressive, repeated sexual assaults and other abuse, dating back to her late teens.

It will be up the judge hearing the case to decide whether that 2011 testimony by Kesha can be entered as evidence in the court battle.

According to Kesha’s camp, that testimony was given under a threat by Dr. Luke that he would “destroy” the singer and her family, if she made moves to testify otherwise.
