$1 million lottery ticket sold in Elmhurst

(ELMHURST) A $1 million-winning lottery ticket for Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing was sold in west suburban Elmhurst.

The winner, who has yet to come forward, bought the winning Quick Pick ticket at Minutemen at 218 E. Butterfield Rd. in Elmhurst, and it matched the first five numbers—05, 35, 37, 41, 66, according to the Illinois Lottery.

The store will receive a $10,000 bonus, one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket.
