A woman was shot in the shoulder Sunday evening in the South Side Auburn Gresham neighborhood.

The 46-year-old was in a vehicle in the 8800 block of South Honore at 7:10 p.m. when another vehicle drove up and someone inside fired shots, police said.

The woman was shot in the shoulder and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where her condition had stabilized.
