WASHINGTON–President Barack Obama on Monday gets a briefing on the battle to contain the Ebola outbreal in West Africa, meets with financial regulators on the status of various Wall Street reforms and headlines a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee.

DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2014

In the morning, the President and Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later in the morning, the President will meet with the lead financial regulators for a discussion on the economy and to receive an update on implementation of Wall Street Reform. There will be a photojournalist spray at the top of this meeting in the Roosevelt Room.

In the afternoon, the President will meet with members of his national security team and senior staff to receive an update on the Ebola outbreak in West Africa and the Administration’s response efforts. There will be a pool spray at the bottom of this meeting in the Oval Office.

Later in the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks and answer questions at a DNC event in Washington, DC. There will be print pool coverage for remarks only.
