Report: FBI arrests two men ahead of Ferguson protests

Two men were arrested by the FBI on firearm charges in St. Louis, CBS News reports

Court documents show Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Davis face charges of making false written statements in connection with a firearms purchase and aiding and abetting. FBI spokeswoman Rebecca Wu told CBS News the suspects were arrested on outstanding warrants.

Authorities told KMOV that the two men were arrested as part of an undercover sting operation and appeared in court Friday. A law enforcement source told CBS the men allegedly tried to purchase explosive material.
