A man is in critical condition after a Saturday morning shooting in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

The man was shot three times in the abdomen about 5:50 a.m. in the 4900 block of West Fulton, police News Affairs Officer Janel Sedevic said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, Sedevic said.
