According to a lawsuit filed by a woman who attended a Philadelphia music festival last September, rapper A$AP Rocky slapped her so hard he knocked her down — leading to what she claims are serious, ongoing injuries.

Lisamarie Wade’s suit charges she is continuing to suffer from “muscle spasm, migraine headaches, intense pain that radiates from her shoulders and into her arms and fingers, and exacerbation of pre-existing conditions.”

Wade claimed the rapper hit her in the face as he worked his way through the crowd at the Philadelphia Made in America festival.

She is seeking at least $75,000 in compensatory and punitive damages.

A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, has a history of assault claims. He was arrested in July, 2012, for beating a man in New York and in June, 2013, appeared to slap a fan during a concert in Australia.
