As many know, Courtney Love is not just a successful rock star. Back in the 1990s, she proved she could be quite the actress — best showcased in her Golden Globe nominated performance in “The People vs. Larry Flynt” in 1996.

Over the years, Love’s acting gigs seemed to dry up, but now she’s making a return to that world. Love will be joining the cast of the edgy “Sons of Anarchy” on FX. Talk about the perfect casting match-up!

Starting with the fourth episode this fall of what will be the series’ final season, Love will portray a schoolteacher in what is being described by producers as “a pivotal role.”
