Holiday Wish List

Now that we’re done giving thanks, it’s time to seek out some gifts.

Here’s what I’d like to see this winter season (no particular order):

1. Megan Fischer and the Hoffman Estates girls basketball team in the thick of the MSL West race. After a coaching confusion left them wondering who would be in charge, it’d be nice to see the Hawks put a scare into some of the traditional powers.

2. Witness someone bowl a 300 game. Because it’s hard to get to many of the sport’s event, I want to see perfection when I attend.

3. See Schaumburg hoopster Cully Payne dominate a game, the way a Division I-A recruit should.

Of course, there are many, many others. Tell me what things you would like to see this winter. Look forward to your thoughts.
