Where is your favorite team playing in the postseason?

The IHSA released the pairings for the Class 4A and Class 3A playoffs Friday afternoon.

The top seectional seeds in Class 4A are No. 6 Plainfield East (20-1) at East Aurora, No. 2 Proviso East (19-0) at Schaumburg, No. 4 Warren (17-2) at Barrington, No. 7 Bloom (20-3) at Lockport, No. 14 New Trier (18-4) at Glenbrook South and defending champion and No. 1 Simeon (20-1) at Argo.

In Class 3A, the top sectional seeds are No. 9 Orr (16-3) at Glenbard South, No. 8 North Chicago (16-3) at Grayslake Central, No. 12 St. Ignatius (17-3) hosts its own sectional and No. 16 Hillcrest (18-4) at Rich East.

The state championship games will be held March 17 at Carver Arena in Peoria.
