The Hawks have been in USA Today’s rankings before. In the latest poll released Dec. 7, the 14-0 team from Park Ridge finished as the top-ranked club in the Midwest. Maine South is No. 9 in the national poll, but the Hawks could move up as six teams ahead of them still have games left.
