The item was not included on the agenda for the May meeting or the agenda for the June meeting held on Monday. Why the delay? With District 209 one can never be sure. Put the hiring on the agenda and give the person the courtesy of an up or down vote. This sounds like something that occurs on a regular basis with the United States Congress. Ouch. That had to sting.
