In October, the Southtown Star reported on St. Rita playing Fenwick at Soldier Field as part of the Hockey City Classic to be played in February. But according to the story, the game will be merely considered an exhibition since the Catholic League playoffs will be going on for both teams.

The Hockey City Classic promoters have added more high school hockey games. The Classic concludes with a college doubleheader featuring Notre Dame vs. Miami, Ohio, and Minnesota vs. Wisconsin on Feb. 17.

The schedule for the high school games:

Friday, Feb. 8

Latin vs. St. Ignatius, 3 p.m.

Evanston vs. Lincoln-Way, 5 p.m.

St. Viator vs. Benet, 7 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 9

Oak Park-River Forest vs. Libertyville/Vernon Hills, noon

Mount Carmel vs. Glenbrook South, 2 p.m.

St. Rita vs. Fenwick, 5 p.m.

New Trier Green vs. Loyola Gold, 7 p.m.
