The latest gubernatorial campaign ad hitting the airwaves today praises Gov. Pat Quinn for recovery efforts following a devastating tornado in Washington, Illinois,last year.

Included in the ad is testimony fromMayor Gary Manier, a Republican, who praises Quinn’s “love” and “respect” for Central Illinois.

Quinn, a Democrat, is in a fierce battle for re-election against Republican Bruce Rauner.

Gov.Quinn:”When naturaldisasters occur,we come togetherfor the common good.”
