There was no school at Bartlett on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, which meant there also weren’t any basketball practices.

So, senior guard Ryan DiCanio practiced on his own, and he was more than ready for Metea Valley during Saturday’s Upstate Eight Valley game in Aurora.

DiCanio scored in a variety of ways, finishing with a single-game school record of 43 points to lead the Hawks to a 74-63 victory.
